Olivela offers up to $50 in reimbursement for alterations on any full-price clothing item over $500. To qualify, the item must not be discounted more than 15%, and alterations must be completed within 30 days of purchase. Simply visit your local tailor, then email [help@olivela.com](mailto:help@olivela.com) with your order number and a photo of the receipt. Once approved, Olivela will issue a reimbursement of up to $50 to your original payment method. Please note: altered items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Any amount over $50 is the client’s responsibility. A valid receipt is required, and late or incomplete submissions may not be approved.
